Description

The US Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, intends to contract the overhaul of two, cat 3304 ships service diesel generator. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 ?Required Central Contractor Registration? applies to all solicitations issued on/or after 06-01-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR THIS AWARD. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit an offer. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Attention: Minority Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT), office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
