- DHHS/PSC/Federal Occupational Health Service (FOHS) has need for a professional organization to provide organizational development, management consulting, and training services to Federal employees and organizations located throughout the United State including the Pacific Island, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Responsibilities include conducting organizational assessments, strategic planning, group facilitation, and developing/implementing training programs on a variety of organizational issues. FOHS intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of one year. Service providers must have a master?s degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field. The educational requirement may be waived if the offeror can demonstrate that the proposed staff member has sufficient professional experience in organizational development, management consulting, and training. A minimum of five (5) years experience is required in providing organizational development, management consulting, and training services. Required core competencies include the ability to lead change, the ability to lead people, the ability to make timely and effective decisions and produce results, business acumen in working with the federal sector, and the ability to build coalitions/communications.
