Description

It is the Government intent to award a sole source purchase order to Motorola Inc. for the procurement of a Motorola Siren/PA for HQ AFOSI/DET 302 at Andrews AFB MD 20762. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This will be a firm-fixed price contract.Offerors still wishing to receive information pertaining to this requirement must contact the point of contacts below prior to 12:00 pm EST, 28 Aug 04. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Motorola Inc. may be pursued.This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
