Description

The Government has a requirement for moisture wicking T-shirts. The requirement will be competed among small business firms on a low cost technically acceptable basis. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. The requiremen t will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with firm fixed price delivery orders. The term of the contract is for 36 months. The complete solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The solicitation will NOT be sent out. It is the responsibility of each offeror to go to the ASFI website and download the information. The solicitation will be posted on or around 8 November 2004.
