Description: DESC: This solicitation will be for repair/refurbishment of EAPUs to the latest configuration. No TDP is available. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under th e authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option for four years or 400%. Published for subcontracting purposes only. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY05 requirement.
