Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, FL intends to acquire delivery services of Radiopharmaceuticals Nuclear Medical Reagents for the Naval Hospital Charleston, SC. The period of performance is from 01 January 2005 through 31 December 2005 plus four one-year option periods. Delivery will be made no later than 0800 Monday through Friday. Deliveries shall be taken directly to the Nuclear Medicine located in the main building (NH1). Vendor must have the capability of delivering products within two hours of placing a call to facilitate emergent medical procedures. Vendor facility must be located within a one hundred ten mile (110) radius from Naval Hospital Charleston. A firm-fixed price, requirements type services contract is contemplated. This procurement is unrestricted. This acquisition will be conducted under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 621511, size standards in millions of dollars is $11.5 million.
