Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), intends to award a sole source modification to Data Link Solutions, L.L.C. (DLS), contract N00039-03-C-0008. This modification will require the fabrication, integration, testing and delivery of 22 additional production units of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) on Ship High Power systems, associated spares, software upgrades, and engineering services. Sole Source authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1 will satisfy the agency requirements.
