Description

This is a Sources Sought synopsis for lease with option to buy for a 8,000 to 10,000 gallon Vertical Liquid Nitrogen (LN02) tank for the United States Army Yuma Test Center in Yuma Arizona. The requirement is for the Installation, Test and certifica tion of a complete 8,000 to 10,000 gallon LN2 tank and one electrically operated 2 inch control valve with a remote indicator. A keep full valve will be supplied at the operators station. The estimated LN2 usage will be 750-1000 gallon per day during wh en required. The supplier will furnish all required inspections, certifications and maintenance for the system. The requirement is for a 60-month lease with an option to buy. The supplier shall provide two options for Government review. Option One is for a complete design package for the LN2 support pad to include complete detailed drawings, bill of material and design specifications for the Government to provide the concrete support pad for the supplier to install the tank and Option Two for the supplier to provide all material, equipment and labor to provide a turnkey operation to include installation of the concrete support pad and the LN2 tank as part of a complete package. Please include your estimated delivery and installation time. All interested parties are invited to provide their capabilities and estimated cost to provide the above requirement. The results of this synopsis may result in the issuance of a competitive solicitation package for the requirement. All offerors must be registered in t he Central Contractor Registration Database to receive award of any resultant contract.
