This solicitation will be awarded as an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) for a base year and four option years. This request will have surge requirements. 135 DARO. FOB: Origin; I/A: Origin. Duration of contract period 48 months. More than one source. Notes 1 and 26 apply. Qty of 11 is for Small Business.
