Description

ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR The Headquarters Complex (HQC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks contractor support to perform Elevator Maintenance/Repair Services for the Andrew T. McNamara Building Headquarters Complex (HQC) 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Building 2462, and Fort Belvoir, VA. 22060-6220, including the new Defense Threat Reduction Center (DTRC) addition to the complex, in a manner that will ensure continuous, reliable and safe operation. The contractor shall be capable of accepting delivery orders such as refurbishing of elevator cabs, modifying elevator controllers as it pertains to the addition of components or as required. This contract shall include a full-time Elevator repair person during normal duty hours. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications referred to in the Statement of Work will be accepted. The NAICS code for the intended procurement is 238290; size standard is $12M, SIC 2359M. The Government anticipates issuance of a Full and Open Request for Proposal (RFP). It is anticipated that RFP SP4700-04-R-0028 will be issued on or NLT November 05, 2004. This Solicitation will use competitive Request for Proposal procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Please submit all questions in writing to the above referenced electronic address by 12 November 2004.
