Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grain Marketing & Production Research Center located in Manhattan, Kansas, requires upgrading one greenhouse (Hessian Fly Greenhouse). The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $20,000 and $40,000. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAX'D TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-1280-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 19, 2004. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 238990 with a small business size not exceeding $12 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-1280-82HW-05 which will be available on or about November 1, 2004. The anticipated award date is November 22, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
