Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, related equipment, and service to remove non-infectious trash and garbage from the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1601 Perdido Street New Orleans, LA., and the VA Medical Center Materials Management Warehouse, 500 Edwards Avenue, Harahan, LA on a combination of scheduled and on-call basis. The base performance period will be 1 January 2005 through 30 September 2005 with four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 562111, size standard $10.5. This solicitation incorporates simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All request for this solicitation must be in writing and can be faxed to (504) 589-5289. Solicitation will issued on Friday November 12, 2004. The bid opening date is Tuesday December 14, 2004 at 10:30 a.m., building #2, 4th floor, room 405, of the VA Medical Center, New Orleans, LA.
