- 9th Contracting Squadron, 6500 B Street, Beale AFB, CA 95903 will issue a solicitation RFQ for a Tax Center Program Manager. All work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the statement of work (SOW). The purpose of this position is to assist eligible military members, retirees, and their dependents in preparing and filing state and federal tax returns. This position requires a professional knowledge of financial activities, sufficient to analyze information provided and train approximately 40 non-financial personnel on financial responsibilities. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541213 and the small business size standard is $6,000,00. The entire solicitation (Number: FA4686-05-T-0006) will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about (1 November 2004) the solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the website: FBO, to ?Vendors? to Agency acronym: ?USAF?, Air Combat Command, Locations, 9 CONS, Beale AFB, CA.
