Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain the nitrogen gas tanks located in the MAL division BLDGS 100, 214, 5, 205. The Contractor shall do monthly inspections on the tanks to look for any problems: leaks, faulty valves, etc. and repair those problems as necessary. The contractor shall also do a yearly inspection to validate the safety of the tanks.
