- NAICS Code: 334119 IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is RFQ-RT-05-00030 and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. The associated North Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334119 the size business size standard is 500 employees. Full and open competition procedures will be utilized. A firm, fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures is anticipated to result from the award of this solicitation. This procurement is for refurbished CISCO system equipment. (1) Refurbished Part# WS-C4006-S2 Catalyst 4000 Chassis (6-Slot) , (2) Refurbished Part# WS-X4306-GB Catalyst 4000 Gigabit Ethernet Module, 6 , (15) Refurbished Part# WS-G5484 1000 Base-SX Short Wavelength GBIC , (8)Refurbished Part# WS-C948G Catalyst 2948G Switch 48 10/100TX, (1) Refurbished Part# WS-C2948G-GE-TX Catalyst 2948 48 PORT 10/100/100, (1) Refurbished Part# GLC-SX-MM GE SFP LC connector SX transciver, (2) Refurbished Part GLC-T Gigabit Ethernet SFP, 10/100/1000 BaseT. All refurbished equipment must have a minimum of 30-day replacement warranty. Vendor must quote all items or none. Award will be made to the responsible offer whose quote represents the best over all value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to require additional pricing information if necessary to determine that the proposed price is reasonable.
