Description

This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to award a sole source contract to Seibel Systems, Inc, for software maintenance services under their GSA Schedule Contract No. GS-35F-0936K SIN 132-34. The GSA IT Acquisition Services center plans to negotiate with Seibel Systems, Incorporated on behalf of the General Services Administration Federal Technology Service Chief Information Office for services required to provide software maintenance service. Seibel Systems, Inc is the only company that provides software maintenance services for its Seibel products. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is for one year.
