- Description
- THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build services for the execution of Standard Embassy Design (SED) New Embassy Complexes (NEC). Each project will consist of the design and construction of a complex to house U.S. Diplomatic functions in various worldwide locations. Each project is described below and may include a New Office Building (NOB), General Services Offices (GSO) and associated maintenance and warehouse facilities; perimeter compound security; vehicular and pedestrian access control facilities; parking; site recreational facilities; Marine Security Guard Quarters (MSGQ); and office annexes.
