Description

Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated: NSN 5930-01-116-4233, Switch, Pressure. Approved Sources: Pall Aeropower Corp (18350) P/N AA-A620-1D32A, Sigma-Netics Inc (24038) P/N 701692, Boeing (77272) P/N 145HS214-1. This item must be manufactured in accordance with the limited rights data listed: source controlled drawing number 77272 145HS214, Basic dated 12/12/76, Amend NR A dated 10/14/80, Type Number 145HS214. The Government cannot provide the data. The cited drawing is a source controlled drawing and as of the date of this solicitation only the sources cited on the drawing have been approved. Even though sources and approved part numbers are provided, the items furnished must meet the requirements of the cited drawing. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Only those vendors who have access to the data should quote. Various increments will be solicited: 25-44 each, 45-99 each, 100-149 each, 150-199 each, 200-250 each. The solicitation will also request pricing for Surge and Sustainment: 7 each in 30 days; 7 each in 60 days; 5 each in 90 days; 0 each in 120 days; 0 each in 150 days; 0 each in 180 days. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 3 years: 1 year Basic, 2 one-year (365 days each) option periods. See numbered note 26. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DSCC website after 17 Nov 2004.
