Description: The purpose of this Employee Assistance Program is to provide assessment, counseling, referral and other assistance to employees and family members to deal with medical/behavioral problems, including alcohol and drug abuse, emotional, financial, legal, marital, child and elder care, and health problems. The services are for the IBET Province, which includes the Inyo National Forest, Lake Tahoe Basin, Eldorado National Forest, and the Tahoe National Forest. Estimated solicitation issue date 11/22/04. Start work date 1/1/05. This solicitation will be for one base year and four option years.
