Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for repair of flexible medical scopes for the VA Medical Center, 2401 West Main Street, Marion, IL 62959. All repairs must be performed by the contractor in the contractor?s facility and not subcontracted out to other companies or the original equipment manufacturer. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective January 1, 2004 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. This requirement has been set-aside for 100% small business participation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated for both technical merit and price reasonableness following the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about November 3, 2004. Due date for receipt of offers is November 30, 2004, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is December 20, 2004.
