Description: The Government intends to award a follow-on contract of a basic year and four one year options to the Hale Koa Hotel for parking stalls for the use of the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. This is going to be a follow-on/sole source acquisition due to the fact that the Asia-Pacific Center occupies a building owned and situated on the Armed Forces Recreation Center of the Pacific (AFRC) property and there is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Asia-Pacific Center and AFRC with respect to the use of their building and services located on or provided by AFRC. This MOU specifies that parking be made available in the AFRC parking garage or Saratoga lot.
