Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE AWARD TO EVERGREEN AG, INC. FOR AERIAL WATERFOWL CENSUS AND DATA PREPARATION FOR THE PERIODS OF OCTOBER 2004 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2005. Contractor will: 1. Provide an aircraft, pilot, and a trained observer to conduct up to fourteen (14) periodic aerial waterfowl surveys in certain waterfowl habitats in Northeastern California and southern Oregon as designated by Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges. Specifically, there will be two surveys each in October 2004 through April 2005 and two surveys in September 2005. 2. Provide Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges with the results of periodic waterfowl surveys in spreadsheeet format, both as hard copy and electronic using either Quattro Pro or Excel. Results of each survey will be provided to the Refuge within three working days of completion of each aerial survey. 3. Enter waterfowl survey results on the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge's web site in an HTML format as designated by the Refuge. Web site will be updated within three working days after completion of each aerial survey. Award to be issued November 8, 2004.
