Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home, intends to issue a solicitation for Facilities Maintenance. The place of performance is Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, services, equipment, materials, supplies, vehicles, and general and specialized equipment, except that specified as Government-furnished to perform Facilities Maintenance. The estimated contract period is 5 years, which consists of a base year and 4 one-year option periods. This contract will be acquired on a HUBZone 100% set-aside basis.
