Description: The U.S. Government currently occupies 8,410 rsf of space at 1461 N Road Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation cost. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
