Description: VISN 3 Network Acquistion Program has a requirement to provide all labor, materials, parts and preventive maintenance, as required to perform duct and filter cleaning services for the Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Health Care System, 179th Street & Linden Blvd., St. Albans, NY 11425 in strict accordance with S.O.W., terms and conditions as described in solicitation 10N3-009-05. Period of performance shall be December 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside.
