Description

The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System requires sleep study testing of VA beneficiaries. The provider shall perform nocturnal polysomnographic testing (NPSG) on beneficiaries referred from the VA facilities within VISN 19 and provide the referring facility with a diagnosis and a report of the study at its completion in a timely manner. _Timely manner_ depends on the clinical circumstances, i.e., from an immediate telephone call to the referring clinician or 1 week. The format of the written report shall include both electronic and paper versions. This solicitation is expected to result in multiple awards of contracts according to geographic area. The expected areas are: Salt Lake City, Utah St. George, Utah Pocatello, Idaho An area for purposes of this solicitation is considered to be within 50 miles of each of these cities. The estimated quantities for tests in each of these areas are addressed in the Schedule of Services. The contract is expected to be for one base year and up to four option years. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 621498. The small business standard is $8.5 million. Point of contact is Richard Garrard, Contracting Officer.
