Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire A3139775 Test Set Assembly, Electronic Systems TS-4348/UV; NSN 6625-01-323-9584. This requirement shall be manufactured IAW the performance-based specification and Statement of Work and Top Drawing Number A3139775. This procurement is an unrestricted buy. This acquisition will be awarded utilizing Sealed Bidding procedures. Solicitation will include first article testing, test report, test plan, and various data i tems as required. The requirement will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The minimum delivery will be 100 ordered at contract award with a maximum ordering potential of 8,000 over 5 y ears. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Delivery schedule without first article testing will be 100 units, 180 days after the delivery order is placed, with first article testing delivery will be 100 units, 270 days after the delivery order is placed. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-98).
