Description

With this announcement, the Corps of Engineers-Chicago District issues a Pre-solicitation Notice for its Waukegan Harbor South Pier Reach M Resurfacing, Project located in Lake County, Waukegan, Illinois. The work will consist of concrete resurfacing of the South Pier of the Waukegan Harbor, Illinois, Reach M. The base bid items entail resurfacing of approximately 385 lineal feet of Reach M. and the contract optional items would add approximately 245 lineal feet of Reach M resurfacing. The Classific ation Code for this procurement is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237990 and is unrestricted to business size. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a firm-fixed-price construction contract. The estimated price range f or this project is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The Invitation for Bids will be downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY. The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Adobe Acro bat Reader. Minimum system requirements are a 486 based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater and 4 MB application RAM, 4MB hard disk space and compact disk drive.
