- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for refurbish of two (2) Oil Spill Containment Skimmer/Boom Boats and one (1) Trailer. Details of Scope of Work is on the Statement of Work on the SF18. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotation for Solicitation No. N00244-05-T-0096. The RFQ is issued with this electronic ammouncement. Awritten solicitation copy will not be issued. Then RFQ's clauses and provision are in effect. The Solicitation is restricted FFP. NAICS 493110. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004"CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR)is required and applies to all solicitations. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/qauoter ineligible for award of a contract or purchase order.
