Description

The Office of Thrift Supervision intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Bloomberg, L.P., 499 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022-1240 pursuant to FAR Part 13. The purchase order will be for one (1) Bloomberg terminal for the Daly City, CA office and one (1) Bloomberg terminal for the Santa Ana, CA office, with associated licenses and services. The period of performance for this sole source acquisition effort will be November 17, 2004 through November 16, 2005 with the possibility of one additional six-month period. Responsible firms must submit a written response to this notice which allows the OTS to determine the Offeror?s capability to meet the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, November 9, 2004 will be considered by the Government. Oral proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted to Office of Thrift Supervision, Attn: Isabel Roman-Cogswell, 1700 G Street, N.W., Washington, DC, 20552, or emailed to isabel.roman-cogswell @ots.treas.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
