Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Technology Services (FTS) intends to place a commercial items purchase order on a sole source basis with Xerox Corporation, 14000 Quail Springs Parkway, Suite 1100, Oklahoma City, OK 73134. The purchase order is in support of a requirement for the Dallas Office of the Department of Transportation?s Departmental Office Of Civil Rights, and will include the purchase of one (1) Xerox WorkCentre Pro C2636 (WCP2636)multi-function color copier/printer/scan/fax multitasking system, Customer Education for Xerox WCP2636, Analyst Consulting for Xerox WCP2636 for customer network integration, and monthly maintenance support for forty-eight (48) months. Xerox Corporation is the original designer, developer and sole producer of the WCP2636 and only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise and capability to provide support to meet the customer?s requirement. This purchase order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). See Numbered Note 22.
