Description: General Services Administration seeks to lease 21,074 useable square feet of ?Class A? office and related use space located in the Seattle Central Business District. Delineated area within the Central Business District is: North ? Stewart Street; West - First Avenue; South ? James Street; East - Interstate 5 / Seventh Avenue. This space along with 4 parking stalls will be used to house a US Government Agency Regional Office performing its administrative mission for a term of 10 years. Occupancy is required by January 1, 2006. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, Seismic Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid.
