- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane ." This is Amendment 0011 for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items that was originally issued on 20 February 2003 and is amended as follows: The above closing date (11 June 2004) is applicable only to those offerors with whom the Government has conducted negotiations for the Clip-On Night Vision Device (CNVD). The solicitation’s Item Numbers for the CNVD are 0009, 0010, 0011, 0012, and 0033. This amendment is issued to notify the applicable CNVD offerors that discussions have been concluded and that final proposal revisions shall be submitted, in writing, on or before 11 June 2004, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The acceptance period for final proposal revisions to the CNVD shall be valid until 30 July 2004. The Government intends to make award without obtaining further revisions. Tele-faxed proposal revisions are allowed (Fax number is 812-854-5095). The Required Delivery Schedule and the Objective Delivery Schedule for the CNVD are hereby changed to the schedules shown below: ITEM NO.s 0009, 0010, and 0011 shall be due 180 DAO for the Required Delivery Schedule and 120 DAO for the Objective Delivery Schedule. For ITEM NO. 12, the Required Delivery Schedule is: The first Delivery Order for ITEM NO. 0012 shall be a maximum quantity of 400 EA per month beginning 360 DAO or 30 days after last scheduled delivery, whichever is later. Subsequent Delivery Orders for ITEM NO. 0012 shall be a maximum quantity of 400 EA per month beginning 120 DAO or 30 days after last scheduled delivery, whichever is later. For ITEM NO. 0012, the Objective Delivery Schedule is: Maximum quantity of 400 EA per month beginning 120 DAO or 30 days after last scheduled delivery, whichever is later. Revised proposals for the solicitation’s remaining Item Numbers shall be addressed in upcoming amendments. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Offers shall be delivered to: Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Building 2521, Attn: Don Ellison, Code 1162 Bldg. 2521, 300 Highway 361, NSWC Crane IN, 47522-5001. All required information must be received on or before 11 June 2004, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
