- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane." This is Amendment 0013 for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items that was originally issued on 20 February 2003 and is hereby amended as follows: A) The above closing date (16 August 2004) is applicable only to those offerors with whom the Government has conducted negotiations for the Rail Interface System (RIS). The solicitation’s Item Numbers for the RIS are 0021, 0022, 0023, 0024 and 0033. B) This amendment is issued to notify the applicable RIS offerors that the Government shall accept and evaluate revised proposals for the RIS. Additional product samples are not requested and will not be evaluated. The acceptance period for proposal revisions to the RIS shall be valid until 16 October 2004. Tele-faxed proposal revisions are allowed (Fax Number is 812-854-5095). C) Revised proposals for the solicitation’s remaining item numbers shall be addressed in upcoming amendments. D) All other terms and conditions in the solicitation remain the same. Offers shall be delivered to: Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Building 2521, Attn: Don Ellison, Code 1162, 300 Highway 361, NSWC Crane IN, 47522-5001. All required information must be received on or before 16 August 2004, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
