Description

Vendor to provide Telex service to transfer marine notices/alerts/reports to and from mariners over the entire West Coast to include all of Alaska, all of Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, and the west coast of Mexico. Service must include a variable amount of in-bound and out-bound messages. Service must be available continuously 24 hours a day seven days a week.
