- The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for emergency equipment purchase and installation for emergency response vehicles. Offeror will provide emergency equipment for the 347th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) emergency response vehicles at Moody AFB, GA. The work shall include delivery, installation and warranty of emergency lighting, siren, public address, cages, consoles and radar systems. Contractor shall accomplish setup, installation, and final assembly. Contractor shall provide all man hours, wiring and mounting of equipment as required to provide effective traffic enforcement and security responses. Contractor will be responsible to verify all operational conditions of the vehicle prior to installation use. I. GENERAL STATEMENT OF SERVICES: Contractor shall furnish all preparatory services sufficient to install emergency lights, siren, public address, radar and vehicle cage. Contractor shall complete installation of the vehicle equipment prior to delivery and implement a warranty for the systems. II. SCOPE OF WORK: Contract will be for a complete package for emergency lighting, siren, public address, cages, consoles and radar on Moody AFB, GA. Contractor will be required to submit a listing of equipment designs and documents to include as required to communicate the desired intent of the requirement. The plan shall include all civil, mechanical and electrical work necessary for immediate utilization. The performance period is one year (20 November 2004 through 19 November 2005) with four one-year option periods, unless either party cancels the agreement by providing a 30 day written notification. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this BPA by providing a quote for Emergency Equipment Purchase and Installation for Emergency Response Vehicles no later than 19 Nov 04. Your offer must include the solicitation number, a price quote, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. Contractor will provide a detailed price quote to include light bars, strobe power supplies, corner stobe kits, LED lights, siren speaker, strobe tubes and cables, wig-wags, consoles, cages and siren. CCR enrollment is required for establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement; registration can be initiated at www.ccr.gov .
