- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted and all interested quoters may submit a quote. All interested quoters shall provide a quote for the following line items: LINE ITEM 0001: Quantity one cylinder (1) each 625ppm Hydrogen Cyanide, balance air. The Hydrogen Cyanide, balance air mixture shall meet all of the following required specifications: Balance air must be equivalent to air provided in Line Item 0004; Cylinder must deliver greater than 260 l at greater than 30 psi; Cylinder material must be compatible with mixture; Expiration date greater than 6 months from date of delivery. LINE ITEM 0002: Quantity one cylinder (1) each 1100ppm Acrylonitrite, balance air. The 1100ppm Acrylonitrite, balance air mixture shall meet all of the following required specifications: Balance air must be equivalent to air provided in Line Item 0004; Cylinder must deliver greater than 260 l at greater than 30 psi; Cylinder material must be compatible with mixture; Expiration date greater than 6 months from date of delivery. LINE ITEM 0003: Quantity one cylinder (1) each 40ppm Arsine, balance air. The 40ppm Arsine, balance air mixture shall meet all of the following required specifications: Balance air must be equivalent to air provided in Line Item 0004; Cylinder must deliver greater than 260 l at greater than 30 psi; Cylinder material must be compatible with mixture Expiration date greater than or equal to 6 months from date of delivery. LINE ITEM 0004: Quantity one cylinder (1) each Hydrocarbon-Free Air. The Hydrocarbon-Free Air mixture shall meet all of the following required specifications: Must be zero-grade compressed air with total volatile organic compounds (VOC) content less than 0.1 ppm; Must deliver greater than 3000 cubic feet at greater than 30 psi. LINE ITEM 0005: Quantity one Regulator (Ultra-High Purity). The Regulator (Ultra-High Purity) shall meet all of the following required specifications: Must be matched to gas cylinder Line Item 0001; Must service flammables and toxics; Stainless steel body and diaphragm; Inlet range must exceed cylinder Line Item 0001 pressure; Outlet pressure range must include 10 to 45 psi. Must include inlet gauge, outlet gauge, outlet valve, and cross-purge assembly. LINE ITEM 0006: Quantity one Regulator (High Purity). The Regulator (High Purity) shall meet all of the following required specifications: Must be matched to gas cylinder Line Item 0002; Must service flammables and toxics; Stainless steel diaphragm; Inlet range must exceed cylinder Line Item 0002 pressure; Outlet range must include 10 to 45 psi; Must include inlet gauge, outlet gauge, and outlet valve. LINE ITEM 0007: Quantity one Regulator (Ultra-High Purity). The Regulator (Ultra-High Purity) shall meet all of the following required specifications: Must be matched to gas cylinder Line Item 0003; Must service flammables, toxics, and reactive species. stainless steel body and diaphragm; Inlet range must exceed cylinder Line Item 0003 pressure; Outlet range must include 10 to 45 psi; Must include inlet gauge, outlet gauge, outlet valve, and cross-purge assembly. LINE ITEM 0008: Quantity one Regulator (High Purity). The Regulator (High Purity) shall meet all of the following required specifications: Must be matched to gas cylinder Line Item 0004; Must service oxidants; Stainless steel diaphragm; Inlet range must exceed cylinder Line Item 0004 pressure; Outlet pressure range must include 10 to 120 psi; Must include inlet gauge, outlet gauge, and outlet valve. LINE ITEM 0009: Quantity one 2-Cylinder Gas Safety Cabinet. The 2-Cylinder Gas Safety Cabinet shall meet all of the following required specifications: Cabinet must fit at least the two largest cylinders provided in Line Items 0001-0004; Total footprint shall not exceed 8 sq. ft.; Height shall not exceed 7 ft. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be completed in accordance with the Contractor?s commercial schedule. FOB DESTINATION MEANS: The Contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipment in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the purchase order, be responsible for loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery point specified in the purchase order; and pay all charges to the specified point of delivery. Award shall be made to the quoter who: (1) Meets all required technical specifications as determined by a review of documentation submitted in accordance with this solicitation; and (2) Quotes the lowest price. Evaluation shall be based on the information provided in the quotation. Quoters shall include product literature which CLEARLY DOCUMENTS that the offered products meet or exceed the specifications stated herein.
