Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Upstate New York VA Healthcare System (VISN 2) Syracuse, NY in accordance with FAR 6.302 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Micromedex, Inc. 6200 S. Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111-4740 for the renewal of a software database subscription. The subscription renewal includes AfterCare instructions Database, the DRUG-REAX system, and the mobileMDX-Drug Drug interaction tool in addition to the Drugdex and Identidex system. Subscription period is September 30, 2004 through September 29, 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available.
