Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are SDVOSB Construction firms in the NAICS 233320 for the renovation of existing Patient Wards 6B and 7B at the Durham VA Medical Center. 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. The project will include, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary management, supervision, personnel, material, supplies, equipment, facilities necessary to plan, schedule, coordinate asbestos abatement, general construction, alternations, plumbing, medical gases, fire protection, HVAC, electrical work and removal of existing structures necessary to renovate approximately 20,000 SF of existing space on the 6th and 7th floors of the fully operational medical facility. Please note that this is not a request for proposal only seeking information to determine if there are enough SDVOSB firms for this set aside.
