Description
TITLE/DESCRIPTION: Air Combat Command (ACC), Langley AFB, is contemplating the award of a multiple award IDIQ contract for five years in support of environmental remediation and restoration efforts throughout the ACC area of responsibility, which includes but not limited to the continental United States and various overseas locations. The purpose is to provide all efforts necessary to manage and execute primarily environmental remediation and restoration; also to include any secondary requirements in support of traditional construction requirements (light commercial projects, fuels projects, demolition, traditional military construction (MILCON), P-341 projects, community development projects, housing and an other emerging requirements (such as homeland security and force protection). Projects may be Results Based Product Delivery (RBPD), where desired outcomes of work are identified without specifying the methods or technologies to be used. Work is to be performed with minimal focus on government process and maximum focus on results. RBPD facilitates the selection of the most efficient actions, management practices, and available technologies for each site requirement. Explain the approach used to maintain and/or obtain the required experience and certification for the various locations listed and the work requested through this type of contract. Proposals prepared by debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible contractors are at the risk of the contractor.
