- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for IT training services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporation provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-25 and Class Deviation 2004-o0003 , AFAC 2004-1103, AETC FAR Sup (15 Apr 2003), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20041101. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System code is 611420 with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The training will be held at the contractor?s location. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001 Any MS course offered to include, but not limited to Developing ADO.NET Applications for SQL Server; Administering MS SQL Svr 2000 Database; Implementing Environment; Programming W/MS VB.NET; Intro to C# Programming w/MS.NET;Implementing & Administering Security in a MS WIN 2003 Network; Developing ASP.NET Web Apps w/Visual Studio; Programming w/MS.NET Framework Visual C#; Programming w/MS ADO.NET; Developing XML Web Svs Using MS ASP.NET; MS Project Courses. (Courses will be priced and billed at a per-day price regardless of length of course ? Quantity: 250; CLIN 0002: Any MS course offered to include, but not limited to Developing ADO.NET Applications for SQL Server; Administering MS SQL Svr 2000 Database; Implementing Environment; ProgrammingW/MS VB.NET; Intro to C# Programming w/MS.NET; Implementing & Administering Security in a MS WIN 2003 Network; Developing ASP.NET Web Apps w/Visual Studio; Programming w/MS.NET Framework Visual C#; Programming w/MS ADO.NET; Developing XML Web Svs Using MS ASP.NET; MS Project Courses. (Courses will be priced and billed at a per-day price regardless of length of course ? Quantity: 26; CLIN 0003: Comp TIA Courses to include but not limited to A+Certification Operating Systems; A+ Certification Hardware; Security+ Certification Training ? Quantity: 25. NOTE: Government reserves the right to remove courses from the contract if requirements change. Government reserves the right to cancel or substitute attendees (if available for scheduled classes with little or no notice if due to Military Movement or necessity. Government will coordinate scheduling classes at least two weeks prior to class date. Travel and per diem costs will be included in vendor?s course price. The period of performance is for 1 year, starting at contract award date. Services are for CADRE, Maxwell AFB AL 36112-6334. The preferred place of performance is in the Montgomery, Alabama Metropolitan area, at a location determined and arranged by the contractor. Offerors responding to this requirement must include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications?Commercial Items (Jan 2004), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications?Commercial Items (Nov 1995), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-- Balance Payment Program Certificate (Apr 2003) with the quotation.
