Description: Renewal of lease for 200 modular system workstations at the Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Center for Special Operations (CSO) located in buildings #6, #3006, #3006A on MacDill AFB, FL for a period of up to 14 months, 14 Nov 04 through 27 Jan 06 (or when the permanent facility is completed, whichever is sooner). This justification is based on reducing identified negative mission impact and eliminating the duplication of start-up costs for replacing workstations in the temporary facility. It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This agency intends to award to Elite Installation Services, Inc., 3722 Featherwood Trail, Lakeland, FL 33813.
