NSN: 2945-01-333-3035, PRON: AX462579AX, P/N: RU-2800, NOUN: Filter Element, Quantity: 2,904 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 2,904 each 180 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be o btained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This item is sole source to K&N Engineering Incorporate Cage: 0N0N0. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation r equirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
