. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: James Lang, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-955-9220, AMSAM-AC-LS-A, E-mail: James.Lang@redstone.army.mil ; PRON: AX4F5499AX, NSN: 5180-01-487-4512, P/N: HY- AMBR, Quantity: 56 kits minimum, 176 kits maximum, 5-year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract applicable to the AH-64 (APACHE) with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery without First Article is 56 kits 131 days after contract award. This item is restricted to HYTORC DIV. UNEX CORPORATION DBA HYTORC DIV UNEX CORP, CAGE CODE: 2J479 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required ite m described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Related to the Sourc e Approval Request for Aviation Requirements.
