Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-04-G-0003 to acquire engineering technical assistance in support of a foreign military sales case for Mexico to conduct evaluation of the aircraft; Kapton wiring, and Rotodome and configuration audit. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation ? Integrated Systems (NGC-IS), South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York 11714. NGC-IS is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the E-2C aircraft and weapon system and, as such, is the only firm with knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to provide the required services in a timely manner for the purposes of meeting the FMS customer operational needs.
