Description: The U.S. Army PEOSTRI intends to issue a sole-source contract to Azimuth, Inc., a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) for the technical and training support of the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Consequesnce Management (CoM) and Counterterrorism (CT) Training and Testing Facility and Program at the Memorial Tunnel near Standard, West Virginia. The performance period for this set-aside effort will be for approximately 12 months. The Government anticipates that there will be a need to continue support to this facility beyond December 2005 to include additional effort associated with the Joint Interagency Training Center East (JITC-E), which will likely be competitively solicited without the SDVOSB set-aside restriction.
