Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) will occupy approximately 166,000 square feet of a newly constructed high-rise space in the Ballston area of Arlington, VA. The space is spread between seven and a half (7?1/2) floors, each with approximately 23,750 square feet of space. ONR has a requirement to purchase and install 750 workstations (including 330 private offices and 420 open office workstations) in approximately 166,000 square feet of net usable space. The Statement of Work (SOW), order information, proposal submission requirements, and evaluation information are set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses are due no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, 23 November 2004. This is a Full and Open Competition. Full proposal packages must be submitted by the time and date for which proposals are due in order to be considered for award. Responses received after the time and date for which proposals are due will not be considered. Responses must be delivered to the person and place identified in paragraph 11.0 of the RFP. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with the contractor?s GSA Federal Supply Schedule to procure the services and supplies stated below. The Government intends to purchase approximately 60% of the work effort on the first initial order.
