- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92241-05-T-0002, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The due date is 17 NOV 2004 no later than 2:00PMest. Quotes may be submitted via e-mail (spowell@tapo.eustis.army.mil) or by fax to (757) 878-4199. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413 and small business standard of 100 employees. The U.S. Special Operations Command has a requirement for Little Bird helicopter parts to replenish stock in the TAPO Warehouse, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Door #12, Lexington, KY 40516 as described in the downloaded parts list. Offerors are requested to provide their best delivery dates. FOB is origin, and Acceptance/Inspection is origin by Government QAR. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Offerors are instructed to complete this section and return with their quote); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items; and 252.211.7003, Item Identification and Valuation. The basis of award(s) will be to the vendors offering the lowest priced quotes. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DO.
