Description

The NATO Joint Force Command Headquarters in The Netherlands (JFC HQ) plans to release a notification to issue an Invitation for International Bidding (IFIB) concerning its plans to procure equipment to support the NATO SECRET Local Area Network. JFC HQ will mail this IFIB directly to potential bidders that have been properly certified and nominated to the bidder list. The deadline to be certified/nominated to the bidder list is 19 November 2004. The bid closing date for certified firms will be 16 February 2005. This project will be funded under the NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP). ALL FIRMS INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROCUREMENT MUST BE CERTIFIED AND NOMINATED BY THEIR NATIONAL DELEGATIONS WITH THE REQUIRED DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY. REQUESTS FOR PARTICIPATION RECEIVED DIRECTLY FROM FIRMS CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED. YOUR FIRM MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE BID MATERIALS FOR THIS PROCUREMENT.
