Description: Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for parts, labor and material to rebuild the M291 Decontamination Kit Production Line. Contractor shall procure and install all specified components and prove out rebuilt line in accordance with technical specif ication No. TS-2004-ET-01. All prospective contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit which will be scheduled in the solicitation.
